This beautiful, luxurious Athena-style 4-bedroom villa is built on
three levels. It has beautiful views to both plateaux and the sea
and is furnished in a traditional Greek style. The property features
central heating and air conditioning throughout, while a double
CD/radio hi-fi system is wired for sound both indoors and in the
garden. There is also an ADSL broadband Internet connection which is
available for clients' use (via their own laptops) at no extra
charge. All lights thoughout the villa are on dimmer-switches.
The master bedroom is located on the first floor with doors leading
to a large terrace. It is equipped with a large antique gold/black
rot iron double bed, bedside cabinets with bedside lamps, dressing
table, hairdryer, and mirrors. The décor is cream and gold, with
oyster fine pull and dress curtains on terrace doors, and blinds at
windows. This bedroom has a ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes, drawers
with digital safe and a large wall dressing mirror. An en-suite
marble bathroom has a large walk-in shower cubicle, bath with shower
attachment, double vanity unit, and toilet, plus glass shelves with
a bust of Apollo. There is a heated towel rail a suspended ceiling
with halogen lights plus wall lights.
The second bedroom is located on the ground floor with blue/gold rot
iron double bed. There are bedside cabinets with lamps, dressing
table, hairdryer, and mirror. The décor is light blue and pure
white. Doors lead to the patio, which is equipped with fine white
pull and dress curtains. There are fitted wardrobes with a digital
safe and fitted cupboards and drawers.
The third bedroom is located on the ground floor with two rot iron
bronze/brown large single beds (3’ 6”). There are bedside cabinets
with lamps, a dressing table with mirror, fitted wardrobes and
cupboards. The high vaulted loft ceiling features a ceiling fan. The
décor is cream, brown, and green with blinds to windows.
In the basement, there is a fourth bedroom with fitted wardrobes,
cupboards and bookshelves. It is equipped with twin beds, bedside
tables, dressing table and mirror. Air-conditioning and central
heating is available throughout.
On the ground floor there is a marble bathroom with a large shower
cubicle and a double vanity unit and toilet. There is a heated towel
rail, halogen lights and wall lights. On this floor there is also an
additional WC.
The basement hall area is equipped with a washing machine, a tumble
dryer and storage cupboards. Two sets golf clubs are available for
guests’ use. The lounge area has a bronze rot iron with a 3-seater
and 2-seater sofa with cream fitted upholstery, television (with
cable vision TV), DVD player, coffee tables and cream blinds.
The dining area has a bronze rot iron/glass table with six chairs,
cream curtains and suspended ceiling with halogen lights. The
kitchen is Italian with a cream/buttermilk classical style,
traditional hood over the hob and double sink. An oven, fridge,
freezer, dishwasher, and microwave are available, while the
breakfast bar features two tall bar stools.
The villa is equipped with the following outside furniture:

style table with 8 rattan chairs with seat cushions. Light fitting.

• Front Lounge Patio: Rattan three seater and two seater sofas with

On the first floor terrace, there are three seater and two seater
rattan sofas with cushions and armchair and coffee tables in front
outside master bedroom. There are also two rattan chairs with a
small coffee table on the side.
There is a large overflow-type swimming pool (12.5 x 7.5 meters)
with Roman steps and blue mosaics throughout. Further, there is a
heated whirlpool/spa with swim up bar, with concrete/mosaic bar
stools in water. Further, there are four bar stools on the dry land
side of the bar with fridge and storage cupboards. On the first
floor, there a Jacuzzi with shuttered louvre doors at the entrance
for privacy. The well stocked, fully screened garden is abundant
with trees, fragrant shrubs, plants, flowers & climbers.
