VILLA 151-152
General
This is one of the largest villas at the resort,
individually designed and located in one of the best
positions within the resort. It boasts the only full
size all weather tennis court for use exclusively by
the residents of the property.
The property overlooks the third and fourth fairways
and it is situated adjacent to the third green. It
offers spectacular views from all rooms and it
features four double bedrooms on the first floor and
a fifth on the ground floor, plus a ‘service’
apartment in the lower floor.
The property benefits from under floor central
heating throughout and air conditioning in every
room.
INTERIOR
Ground floor
The entrance hall leads to a double living area with
a two and a three seated sofa as well as two wing
back chairs a puff and coffee tables.
Within the living room area there is the dining room
with wooden table and eight chairs as well as side
board. A beautiful built in wood burning fire place
can warm you up should you happen to be here in the
winter months. Wood is available with our
complements.
The kitchen, located next to the living room area,
is of solid maple wood with granite tops. A large
American fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven and a
microwave are available. Rounding up the kitchen is
a modern looking kitchen table with chairs which
could be used as comfortable breakfast room.
A large flat 40 inch flat screen TV with cable, a
DVD player as well as a HI FI system are situated in
this area. There is a broadband internet connection
available at no extra charge which can be accessed
via own laptop.
A convenient marble guest toilet serves the needs of
this floor.
Finally, on the ground floor you have a double
bedroom overlooking the swimming pool, the third
green and the sea. This bedroom has its own walk in
wardrobe and dressing room. The en suite bathroom
includes a Jacuzzi a double vanity unit a bidet a
toilet and a heated towel rail. Two twin beds and
side tables are in this bedroom. A study desk and a
bookshelf are located in this room as well.
First Floor
The magnificent stair way leads to the first floor
and to four double bedrooms.
The spacious master bedroom features a walk in
wardrobe/dressing room. From the balcony one could
share fantastic views of the third and fourth
fairways as well as the sea in the distance.
The other three bedrooms are decorated in their own
individual style and boast en suite marble bathrooms
and build in wardrobes. All bedrooms benefit from
individual balconies with spectacular sea and golf
views.
Lower Floor
This spectacular villa has a large independent one
bedroom apartment in the lower ground floor with all
the facilities including fully equipped kitchen,
living and dining room. The bedroom has twin beds
and en suite bathroom. This can be made available at
an extra charge for use by staff or for extra
accommodation for larger family and or friends.
EXTERIOR
Just outside the living room area and the kitchen
the villa has a veranda with seating area furnished
with a three seated a two seated and an armchair
cushions and coffee table. This is a lovely area for
enjoying your morning coffee or tea and evening
drinks with the spectacular views and sun sets.
However, the first thing that someone notices when
stepping outside is the unusually large rectangular
overflow type swimming pool of 14x7 meters which can
also be heated at extra cost. By the roman steps you
will find integrated Jacuzzi jets. Around the large
pool there are ten sun lounges with cushions.
Of course such a villa can not be complete without
its BBQ. A large cover area with BBQ and dining
table with a granite top and ten chairs is just next
to the pool ideal for entertaining family and
friends and having those special evening parties and
enjoying the spectacular Cypriot sunsets.
For those sporty amongst you the private tennis
court is available to practice your strokes have an
individual private lesson on arrangement with the
tennis academy at the resort or the odd competition.
Take time to walk around the large gardens and learn
all about the exotic Mediterranean plants.
