Can guests staying at the Aphrodite Hills Holiday Residences, also use the Aphrodite Hills Hotel facilities?

The Holiday Residences are not adjacent nor have any operational relation with Aphrodite Hills Hotel or the TUI Sensatori brand. Therefore, Holiday Residences guests CANNOT visit the Hotel for use of facilities or restaurants and bars. Holiday Residences is not responsible for any guests visiting and subsequently being declined entry to the Hotel.

Is there Internet connection at the Resort?

There are various areas where you can access free WiFi throughout the Resort, such as the Hot Spot at the Village Square and the Golf Clubhouse. Free WiFi is also available in all of the Holiday Residences properties.

What are the Holiday Residences guests benefits?

Holiday Residences guests automatically receive a Guest Benefit card upon their arrival which entitles them to preferred rates or discounts that apply at the Golf Academy, the Tennis Academy, the Dream Team Soccer School, the Aphrodite Hills Riding Club, the Retreat Spa and the Resorts’ restaurants and bars (excluding Costa Coffee, Häagen-Dazs, the Beer Garden and ‘Ladi & Rigani’ Kebab Shop).

Where can we book our golf round?

Golf rounds can be booked prior to your arrival through the Reservations Department – email: reservations@aphroditehills.com or email: golfreservations@aphroditehills.com . Upon arrival they can be booked directly at the Golf Pro Shop located in the Golf Clubhouse or at the Holiday Residences Reception desk.

Can I order delivery or takeaway meals?

A delivery service is not available on the Resort. Guests can order take out from any of the restaurants at the Village Square including ‘Pithari Tavern’, ‘Gate to India’, ‘Anoi Pub & Bar’ and ‘Zimi Trattoria’. For fast food options you can visit ‘Ladi & Rigani’ Kebab House, or the Beer Garden for German style sausages and snacks.

Is there a Bus Service at the Resort?

Available is a daily return Bus Service (Route 631) operating from Aphrodite Hills to Paphos, also stopping at Aphrodite’s Rock. The bus stop is located at the Golf Club Car Park.

Ticket Prices: €1.50 one way (day time) / €2.50 one way (night time) / €5.00 daily / €15.00 weekly / €40.00 monthly.

How can we book a taxi?

You can book a taxi by directly contacting or visiting the Holiday Residences Reception desk Tel: +357 26 828 280, or by visiting them at the Golf Clubhouse. You can also find contacts of our Taxi Services in the Guest Directory that is available in your Holiday Residence property.

Is there a bank available at the Resort?

An ATM is available for 24-hour ATM services at the Village Square.

Is there an available doctor at the Resort?

There is a Medical Centre located at the Village Square. For any medical assistance or emergencies contact the Holiday Residences Reception desk on – Tel: +357 26 828 280.

Who should I contact in case of an emergency?

Should you require assistance at any times contact the Holiday Residence desk main line – Tel: +357 26 828 280 or mobile: +357 99 212 415. For emergency assistance you may also contact the Security Team – Tel: +357 26 828 060 and they will be able to direct you accordingly.

Where is the nearest supermarket?

There is a supermarket at the Resort for your convenience that will meet all your grocery needs. Located at the Village Square, ‘Pantopoleio’ Supermarket is open on a daily basis from 7.30am to 10.00pm.

Where is the nearest pharmacy?

The nearest pharmacies are located in Pissouri Village and in Paphos which are both approximately 15 – 20 minutes by car to the east or west direction. However, you may be able to find some basic necessities at the Resort’s ‘Pantopoleio’ Supermarket.

Where can we book excursions or day trips?

For information or to book any excursions, day trips, and other recreational activities off the Resort, please contact our Guest Services team located at our Holiday Residences Reception & Guest Lounge.

Where do Holiday Residences guests dine?>

All Holiday Residences guests have access to all dining options located within the Resort’s Village Square. There are 4 restaurants and 4 bars available within the Square offering a varied selection of food & drink choices, plus the breakfast and lunch option of the Golf Clubhouse. Guests are encouraged to use their Guest Benefit Card to take advantage of their exclusive discounts.

What time can we check-in and check-out?

Check-in time is at 2.00pm and check-out at 10.00am. Should any guests wish to arrive earlier or depart later than these times, this can only be offered subject to availability and to a possible surcharge.

Is this an Eco-Friendly Resort?

Within the operations of Aphrodite Hills Holiday Residences here at the Resort, we aim to reduce wherever possible the environmental impact; this includes the use of energy saving processes for water and using natural resources (solar and wind) to provide our power and heating supplies. Several properties have been added to the programme as ‘eco-friendly’ where they are solely operated by natural resources, with chemical-free gardens that flourish using reusable water.

Are there any limits to electricity consumption?

With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance, however limitations are in place to ensure that our guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption. A kW/h reading will be made upon your arrival and departure and details will be available within your property. The maximum limit of consumption per week is as follows:

  • 1-bedroom properties: 300kWh
  • 2-bedroom properties: 400kWh
  • 3-bedroom properties: 500kWh
  • 4-bedroom properties: 600kWh
  • 5-bedroom properties: 700kWh

Each unit used above this limit will be charge at €0.35. In the event of excess usage, the guest consents to his/her being charged for the appropriate amount.

Are there properties for sale at the Resort?

There are a number of properties for sale at the Resort, ranging from Apartments, to Junior Villas and to larger luxurious Villas. Please feel free to visit the Resort’s Real Estate office located at the Village Square to obtain more information on specifics.
