four different types of properties available within the
Aphrodite Hills Rental scheme of the resort. These are:
Apartments
One Bedroom Apartments
Two Bedroom Apartments
Three Bedroom Apartments
There are 3 different types of apartments. These are the
1-Bed, 2-Bed and 3-Bed apartments which can accommodate
two, four and six people respectively.
Each one of these units is individually furnished and
offers self catering facilities in a 5 star resort. The
majority of these units offer some sort of view. There
are units that have sea views, golf views, ravine views,
or a combination of the above. Moreover, some of these
units offer private gardens.
Guests have access to a communal pool that is situated
within the complex their property is located. Our
apartments are situated within one of the following
villages of the resort:
All of
these villages (apart from Orpheus) are situated within
walking distance from the Village Square - the heart of
the Aphrodite Hills Resort -. This feature makes the
apartments unique for people that wish to avoid renting
a car.
Townhouses
There are 2 different types of townhouses. Starting in
2008 this type of properties will be renamed to ‘Junior
Villas with communal pool’. These properties are the
2-Bed, and 3-Bed which can accommodate four and six
people respectively.
What makes a townhouse different from an apartment is
these types of units are on two levels and offer a
private garden.
Each one of these units is individually furnished and
offers self catering facilities in a 5 star resort. The
majority of these units offer some sort of view. There
are units that have sea views, golf views, ravine views,
or a combination of the above.

This type of property is the supreme product we offer
within the resort.
There are 5 different types of superior villas. These
are the 2-Bed, 3-Bed, 4-Bed, 5-Bed and even 6-Bed
superior villas which can accommodate four, six, eight,
ten and twelve people, respectively.
What makes a superior villa different from a junior
villa is that these types of units are detached and
offer a large private pool as well as a private secluded
garden. The average plot size that these properties are
constructed on is around 1,500 square meters.
Each one of these units is individually furnished and
offers self catering facilities in a 5 star resort. The
majority of these units offer some sort of view. There
are units that have sea views, golf views, ravine views,
or a combination of the above.
Our superior villas are spread through out the resort.
Some of them are situated within walking distance from
the Village Square – the heart of the Aphrodite Hills
Resort – but the majority are located on the Eastern
plateau of the resort. It is highly recommended that
guests rent a car for the enjoyment of their stay.
