I have been proudly leading the Property Management Team for over 10 years now, an exceptional team of experts in their field.
I come with a professional background in the construction industry. My 25-year experience with Aphrodite Hills Resort as well as Lanitis Development & Cybarco, allows me to possess a mix of business management and technical knowledge and ability, applied in hospitality industry.
I understand the “House” but mostly I understand the “Home”. My philosophy is to operate each property from the owner’s perspective, with an acute awareness of the goals and needs of residents and users.
My dedicated team aims to ensure the safety, maintenance and cleanliness of your home whilst we make sure the comfort of our home owners or their guests is of top quality and is our top priority.
The progression is continual, we are one step ahead thus the search for improvement actions is continuous. I am always ready to welcome new ideas and suggestions especially from home owners.
My deepest goal is to create and provide ecological services & solutions and contribute to the environmental protection.
I studied Agriculture for a number of years at the Agricultural University of Athens. Upon my return to Cyprus I began working at the 5-Star Elysium Hotel in Paphos as a Garden Supervisor, where I remained for two and a half years. After leaving this Hotel, I joined the Aphrodite Hills Property Management team in May 2015 and 6 months later I was promoted to the position of Executive Gardens & Landscaping Supervisor.
Coming into contact with clients on a daily basis and managing teams, has given me the opportunity to develop my communication skills and form strong interpersonal relationships. Continuing my professional development, I am currently studying and partaking in a Landscaping Course, this will increase and enhance my knowledge on the subject.
During my free time, I enjoy reading articles relevant to Landscaping and Phytopathology and also enjoy spending time with family and friends.
Beyond the general daily target of keeping the gardens at the Resort healthy and clean and all of our clients happy, my vision is to create an environmentally friendly Resort.
It gives me great pleasure to introduce myself to you. My name is Johanna Farez and I’m excited to have recently joined the dynamic team at Aphrodite Hills Property Management. My new role will be as Sales & Customer Care Executive and I look forward to meeting you in person.
My previous work experiences were in the skincare industry, in which I held different positions such as Key Account Assistant, Export Marketing & Shopper Manager and E-Merchandiser. Each of these former job roles has enabled me to develop an expertise in sales, marketing, shopper insights and E-commerce.
As a French native, I decided to move from Paris to Paphos recently. I am a lover of travelling and sporting activities. I have a strong interest in wellness and plan to complete my Yoga Teacher Training in May.

For those who do not know me, my name is Hanna Papaconstantinou, and I come from northern Poland. I originally studied Economy & Tourism, but my professional experiences are related to Real Estate and Business & Marketing, which have been my main roles for other companies in Cyprus.
I joined Aphrodite Hills in 2013 and presently I am in charge of Resort Events, also performing complementary tasks for Aphrodite Hills Property Management Accounts, dealing with charges to customers and debt collection.
I love my job, as this is a unique opportunity for me to expand my experience within the entertainment industry, meet new people and use my creativity to contribute to the success of the Resort.
I am a very targeted and oriented person and I use 100% of effort in order to achieve my goals! I am interested in fashion, sports and healthy living. I enjoy living in Cyprus with my family.
I would like to introduce myself to you. My name is Nikolas Vernardakis and I hold the position of Resort Chief Engineer at Aphrodite Hills.
Mechanical Engineering has always been of great interest to me from a very young age. Throughout my education, the gaining of qualifications, training and work projects, I have been fortunate to have acquired a varied and comprehensive knowledge and vast experience in the field. Over the last 14 years, I have worked in the engineering field as a Project Manager for a large, private organisation in Cyprus, responsible for the supervision, organisation and management of the engineering team.
Additional credentials working as a designer and undertaking project management for mechanical installations in hotels, factories, industrial facilities, universities and public hospitals, has given me the skills and know-how to fulfil client requirements for safe, mechanically-sound and practical installations.
Having the overall responsibility for managing the Engineering & Maintenance Operations at Aphrodite Resort, my appointment in this challenging position comes with my determination to ensure that the overall condition of a property and customer requirements are the number one priority. Together with my team, we will provide the proper and safe operations of Resort facilities to the highest quality standards as expected by clients and the Resort.
My name is Vicky Mansour and I am delighted to introduce myself. I am a proud mother of 2 children, living in Paphos with my family. Being a mother, a wife and holding a demanding position here at Aphrodite Hills is challenging to say the least… but I enjoy every second of it!
A brief insight into my background begins at the point where I completed my studies in Greek Literature at the Philosophical School of the University of Crete. Upon my return to Cyprus, I joined the Real Estate business and worked for a year organising and coordinating inspection and exhibition trips for the sales team and customers. For the following 6 years, I worked as a Rentals Executive dealing with Reservations, general operations and Property Management Services.
My latest and most exciting venture is now at Aphrodite Hills! I have been a part of Property Management for the last 6 years as an AHPM Client Account Manager. My main goal is to ensure that our clients best interests are served and to secure transparency in their accounts. I am the intermediate person that will gladly assist with service enquiries or any issue related to customer accounts. Additionally, as part of my daily routine I run cost checks and cost control, prepare profit and loss reporting, seek for cost minimisation to achieve competitivity and ensure that AHPM remains first for customer preference! My combined experience at AHPM and years in the Rental industry, gives me the advantage to be able to see the full picture of our business in its complexity.
I am also the main Administrator of our developed system ‘Helpdesk’ – an advanced tool that concentrates all contractual services, ad hoc work order requests, a client database and invoicing. My task is to overview and control the system and ensure its smooth operation and continuous upgrade.

It’s with great pleasure that I introduce myself to you. My name is Yiota Ioannou and I am the Executive Housekeeper for Aphrodite Hills Property Management.
With almost 30 years of experience, all in 5-Star hotels in Limassol, I decided 9 years ago, to take the biggest challenge in my career and join the Aphrodite Hills Resort family. And I’ve never regretted it!!
Here at the Resort we have an amazing, magnificent and unique place like nowhere else in Cyprus. A small paradise on earth… and because of this, housekeeping is the ambassador to the Resort – representing and maintaining the consistent high level of standards and cleanliness required.
Housekeeping is one of the Company’s most vital and essential departments. Hospitality, willingness, an innovated spirit and teamwork are the ingredients composing the success of the Housekeeping Team.
Housekeeping should not only form a duty, but a way of life. Each member of the Department should feel a part of the Resort family, treating customers as they would like to be treated… anticipating and exceeding their expectations.
Offering that something extra, the detail that will amaze, satisfy and encourage the customer to return is definitely part of our philosophy. Providing a safe, spotless and secure environment is undoubtedly the Department’s main goal and objective.
