Loucas Kitrou – Real Estate Manager
I am the Real Estate Manager of the Real Estate Division and I have been involved with Aphrodite Hills since 1999. The Real Estate team has vast experience with every aspect of property purchase and our focus is to provide our purchasers the best service possible, all the available choices and information so that they can take the right decision for them. Our involvement with all our purchasers continues beyond the purchase and we are at all times available to help them with any issues they may face.

Michalis Kyriakides - Operation Manager
I am the Operation Manager of the Real Estate Division and I have been with Aphrodite Hills Resort since 2008. Prior to 2008 I worked for 35 years in the local banking sector and I have vast experience both in banking and legal matters.
I am responsible for the compliance of all Sales Agreements to the Company’s regulations and guidance. I am responsible for the purchasers’ After Sales Service and for the transfer of property title deeds into their names. I am also responsible for all insurance and legal matters of the Company.
I enjoy my work and I love to assist purchasers in all matters concerning their properties. I consider myself fortunate to work at this magnificent Resort.
Nicos Theophanous - Chief Accountant
I have been working in the Accounting and Finance Sector for over 25 years and had the pleasure to be a member of the Aphrodite Hills’ staff since 2000.
My work focuses on providing all the accounting services in relation to all the transactions for the Real Estate properties of Aphrodite Hills and the team itself.
I feel very honored to have been provided with the opportunity to work here and truly lucky to work with the Real Estate team. The work here is an everyday challenge, which I really enjoy and always strive to offer an excellent customer service!
Nicolas Papachristodoulou – Sales Executive

Melpo Kkosti – Executive Real Estate Administrator
I have been working at Aphrodite Hills Resort for 15 years as a Real Estate Administrator. Mainly my responsibilities include the preparation of all relevant Agreements after the signing of the Reservations and the follow-up with lawyers and banks to complete the successful sale.
Due to my experience over the years, I am characterized by my accuracy, my excellent work, plus my outstanding memory!

Irina Kostova – Real Estate Office Administrator
After finishing at the Aircraft Technical University, I didn’t think that I would be working at such a beautiful place, with views of the endless horizon surrounding the Resort. I joined the Real Estate Team in 2013 with over 8 years of work experience in the Real Estate industry, including liaising with customers. I truly love the work here and the Resort itself.
